Each of the therapists at RehabMatters run their own private practice and will bill you independently according to their own set tariffs. You are encouraged to discuss rates and billing procedures directly with your therapist at the time of setting up your initial consultation.

What are the working hours of the therapists at RehabMatters? |

RehabMatters is generally accessible Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm, however some of our therapists work after-hours and on weekends and you are encouraged to discuss a suitable appointment time directly with the relevant therapist.

Yes, all offices at RehabMatters as well as parking, toilets, bathrooms and showers are accessible for wheelchair-users.

How do I know which of the therapies offered at RehabMatters would be most beneficial for me? Is there someone who can give me a general assessment and advise me on this? |

If you know that you would benefit from a particular therapy you are welcome to book an initial assessment directly with that therapist. If however, you are not sure which of the therapies would be best for you to attend you are encouraged to book an initial assessment with the physiotherapists who will make suggestions about which therapies would be most beneficial for you based on your assessment findings.

If I used the services of more than one of the therapists at RehabMatters would the different therapists work together as a rehabilitation team? |

Yes, definitely. This was the reason for bringing all of these rehabilitation therapists under one roof. Patient care at RehabMatters is arranged around a rehabilitation team. The treatment team involved in the rehabilitation process includes the patient, family members, referring physicians, and rehabilitation therapists and service providers. This team approach allows us to provide comprehensive services that address the whole person, not just the disease.

If I can’t get to RehabMatters will the therapists do home visits? |

Some of the therapists at RehabMatters will do home visits. However, we are also able to offer a collect and deliver service to our clients. Contact the RehabMatters reception to enquire about our rates and to make a booking.
